Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending a written notice, i.e., a letter by mail or per e-mail (info@moima.eu).

Warranty and Liability

MOIMA GmbH guarantees that the food products delivered comply with the applicable food law regulations and are free of defects in quality and composition at the time of delivery. We undertake to produce and store the food products under strict hygiene conditions to ensure that they are safe and healthy.
If, nevertheless, a product, material or processing defect is present, we will immediately replace the affected food product or refund the purchase price. Please inform us as soon as possible in this case and send us the affected product for inspection.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper storage or handling of the food products by the customer. We also do not accept liability for damages caused by the consumption of our food products unless

• Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

• Product should be unused and in the original condition.
